- Viewing Products
- To see a larger photo of any item and find out more information about it,
click on either the small thumbnail photo or click on "Details."
- Purchasing Products
- Enter the quantity and/or available options and click on the "add to
cart" button. The item will be added to your cart and will also show up in
the small mini-cart on the left of the screen. Discounts will be automatically
taken on the shopping cart form but will not show on the mini-cart. Before proceeding
on to "checkout" you can change the contents of your cart by adding
items, changing quantities or deleting an item. To delete an item from the shopping
cart, click the "select" box on the right and click on "Delete."
- No returns, refunds or exchanges on books or packets. Shipping charges will
be refunded only if result of my error.
- There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
- Payment Methods
- Payment options are located at the bottom of the customer information
form in the checkout process. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
- PayPal - Choose the "PayPal" option. PayPal is a very
secure method of using your credit card. It is a free service and requires a one
time registration, taking only a few minutes to fill to the form. After that only
your credit card number and password are needed. Your credit card number never
shows up on any of the documents I receive that are generated by your order.
- Pay by Check - Choose the "Mailing Check" option at
the bottom of the checkout page. Print out your order and enclose it with your
check. Merchandise will be sent after your check has cleared my bank.
- Contacting me directly with credit card information - Choose
the "Will call or fax Credit Card details" option. Print your order
so you have your details handy. Call 407-699-5217 or fax 407-699-5470, both numbers
come directly into my studio (business hours only, please) with the name of the
credit card - I accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover - the number and the expiration
date. I will also need your name and order number.
